Sketching in Quartzsite, AZ

 

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy New Year! We left Calgary, Alberta early on the 26th of December on our trek to Cabo San Lucas. On December 30 we spent a few days camping in the desert at Quartzsite, Arizona. I am trying to draw something every day now so I searched for subjects to draw. The most interesting thing I could find was some dead stumps as you can see from the attached. Hopefully I will find more things to draw as we continue on our journey
